I have rented storage units since 2005 and never had any problems. When I wanted to change locations, I was always accommodated without a problem. I am happy to recommend this facility.

When it comes to storage facilities, I imagine they're all generally the same; three walls and a roll up door. However, what sets Litchfield Park Storage Solutions apart from others is their great office manager, Rose. I needed a storage locker to store my mother's belongings temporarily after she passed-away and Rose was very kind, supportive, and helpful. Months later when I was moving out, I informed Rose that I was planning to donate some of my mother's furniture, etc. and Rose kindly connected me with a local pastor who helps people in need. Huge kudos to Rose! She really is a warm and caring person. The only reason I cannot give this facility five stars is because I found a considerable amount of dust and sand in my locker, which is likely common in Arizona - especially with an exterior unit. However, I wish I would have known that could happen when I rented the locker as I might have chosen an interior unit or covered everything.

Rose Huffaker is absolutely the best!! She has become family to me!! My family is not so great and she has sadly had to witness a lot of it up close! I’m so sorry that she did! She has helped more that I can say and it went way beyond just the lockers!! She has helped me personally and that means the world to me!! My son and I moved in with my mother a little over 4 years ago. She was in the very early stages of dementia but she always knew who Rose was!! She was so helpful when my siblings went to clean my mother’s locker out for good. I had 2 lockers and I was recently able to clear out my smaller locker and put what I wanted to save into my bigger locker. It worked perfectly!!! I had donated 5 truckloads a few weeks ago with stuff I didn’t need anymore to Goodwill. I figured if I hadn’t missed it in 4 years I didn’t needed it anymore. I’m ready to start a new life and I’m so excited to be able to do that!!! Litchfield Park Storage is lucky to have an employee like Mary! She came to my rescue when I was in a bind and needed a Storage unit day of. We've been working with Rose for about three years. She is just the best! I had such a great experience at Litchfield Park Storage Solutions. I was in the process of moving from PHX to Minnesota and the movers I had hired did not show up. Rose at the front desk was such an angel and helped me through this stressful situation. She was able to get me a unit that same day and recommended some great movers that helped me get my stuff from my apartment and into a storage until I could find out how to get my belongings to Minnesota. I recommend this place 100%!

They didnt have the size unit we needed for our needs but helped with giving us 2 units at a cheaper rate. The ladies in the front office were very polite and helpful. Prices were a steal and they also offered a free moving truck! The units itself were clean and the property was well kept. They had hand trucks (I think this is the right phrase) for moving items since our unit is on the 2nd floor. It does get a bit muggy and humid upstairs or indoors in general but I guess it's not a huge deal. Overall pretty satisfied with out storage choice!

Friendly and informative from phone call to handing over the keys! Jim was absolutely helpful on a Sunday afternoon right before closing time. He took his time to drive me down to the unit he was renting to show me the size and location. Absolutely recommend!

A woman gave my parents water bottles when their vehicle broke down outside of this place. So when we moved we purchased boxes from this place. Was Easy, quick and not too expensive. Would purchase more things from here if needed...or storage.

I mostly dealt with with Jerry and Mitch. They are always very kind and patient with questions. I had my belongings in storage for about 2 years and I never had a bad experience! I highly recommend this storage facility. The customer service is phenomenal!

Good people, very nice. Just 1 thing that upsets me I've showed up 3 different times to pay my bill or ask questions at 5:20 - 5:25 PM and the doors are already locked. Sign says they close at 5:30PM M-S.
