I rented from them for almost 15 years and it was always a pleasure if or when I needed to contact them. I always tried to deal with Lupe whenever possible because she was always very pleasant to work with. I would definitely use them again should I ever come back to Arizona and needed storage.

The two staff member who helped me today were very kind and went over the storage lease word by word. They were very caring and wanted to make sure I understood the lease.

Very helpful in finishing up my move to Arizona. They were experiencing a power outage at the time, and still did all they could to get me a unit so I could get my U-Haul turned in on time. I applied all they did for me in my situation. Thank you very much.

The lady at the desk was quite rude but maybe she was just having a rough day. The facility was nice though and the prices are reasonable.

I was referred to Rio Estrella Storage Solutions by my brother and my experience with the staff was supreme except for the one time I encounter the weekend staff (female) at the front desk, she was very rude and short with her answers when I asked a few questions, the next time I interacted with the same staff member her attitude was totally different much more professional. Over all my experience with the company was very good.

Thank you Nicole and Ross for all your help. An unexpected situation came up last minute with our moving company. They arrived a few days earlier than expected and our new apartment complex couldn't take us in yet so my bf and I reached out to a few storage units and Rio Estrella Storage Solutions was a few blocks away from our new home and they were able to accommodate us at the last minute. We've rented multiple different sized units. Owners are friendly and the units are clean. We've never had an issue with security.

Got to the facility behind a couple of others and had to wait for the line to clear out, but then things moved right along. The process to obtain a storage unit was longer than I expected, but very thorough. Ended up a happy camper when it was all said and done. Will do it again if the need arises. Mac

They treated us like family the second we walked through the door. Very welcoming, and accommodating to what we were looking for when it came to an air conditioned unit. Went with them based on cleanliness of the unit, it having very high ceilings in the unit as well, the staff being very friendly, and the security of the unit itself as well. Tons of other places around to rent from, but none were as friendly or clean. would recommend over and over and over again.

Rented a trailer for a couple of hours last week. My wife called to reserve it in the morning and I got to it in the afternoon. They were awesome folks to deal with and had me hooked up and out the door in ten minutes. Moved what I needed to move and brought it back. Out and on my way home in five minutes.
