Been with them for about 2 1/2 years now and this is the best storage facility i have ever delt with, helps alot when the office staff is always friendly and respectful. Would ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND this place for your storage needs

I am only on my first month with them But they were beyond friendly and their prices were good for what you get. I was able to set up a unit same day and move things into it. Very thankful for them! I’ll update my review to a 5 star after a few month at this location but my first impressions are fantastic.

Nice caring staff who keep your RV secured. We had our Beast in covered space which kept it protected from the sun and other elements of nature.

Stored our boat there, easy to get in and out. Cost was less than other places in STV. Customer service has been great just wish the in and out hours were extended to earlier and later but overall not that big of a deal.

Great service and facility manager

Met manager Theresa a couple months ago and she was pleasantly nice to speak to. Came back about a month later and spoke to a Mary who was also nice. I finally came in to rent an RV space and Thresa was so helpful and nice. I highly recommend this place for all your storage needs, feel free to say I sent you.

We had items stored here for 2 years and nothing was damaged by mice. Excellent facility and Theresa helped us get 4 large units two years ago when units were hard to find. I highly recommend this storage facility.

To me it is very expensive. But I needed storage quickly and it was closest to my house. On the other hand the Wonderful lady that helped me with renting the unit went way out of her way to accommodate me. She helped me so much. More Companies should have employees like her.

WOW! The ladies at ALCSS really are a great pair of ladies with a great since of humor. They were very nice, very welcoming and made me feel like family. There’s no coverage which is fine through the winter months. Love the easy access with the app and the perimeter wall. Also love that they have a dump station. The price is extremely competitive and the service is good. Highly recommend

We’re new in the area and were looking for an affordable storage for our trailer. This place was close to our home, so we went in and were given a tour of the grounds with every question answered. They were friendly and offered advice and places to visit. We definitely recommend this storage company.

They were very helpful and friendly. They even went out of the way to take me to the 2 different sight to park my Fifthwheel and let me chose which one I preferred. Very professional in handling the proper paperwork as well. Thanks you

Great service and a secure location to park our RV. We are in the lot with 24 hour access via the app. Big plus, dump station on site. It's out in San Tan, but with the service, secure location and great price, worth the little extra drive from Queen Creek.

I have been storing my 5th wheel here for years. I also have a large storage unit. There have been no problems with theft. The staff is very friendly and even have given me suggestions on where to go for repairs and cleaning my 5th wheel. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a storage place that is easy to get to, has good security, a friendly staff and good prices.

Superb customer service. Filled out the reservation form online and they called me within minutes to go over what I was looking for, their rates and requirements. I came in a day early to sign all the paperwork and get the gate code (love the locked gates and security cameras!) to make move in easier.

Storage is storage, right? That’s what we thought before we met these folks…. Yes, the grounds and units are exceptionally clean, and sure, it’s secure, affordable and conveniently located, yeah yeah yeah… absolutely, all good, couldn’t be better. But the real stars here are the helpful and super friendly staff! Literally from the moment we first walked in, they’ve bent over backwards to make sure we’ve been 100% taken care of. Recommended to the highest degree. Don’t waste your time anywhere else.

Used Absolute Low Cost Storage Solutions for about 8 years and recently vacated. Units are very secure and location was near by. Even with that, the best benefits of using this facility are the manager and staff. They are very helpful, nice, considerate and made the vacate much easier and quick. Great experience from the beginning to the end. Theresa answers the phone in a friendly and professional manner. We made reservations and changed the date the very next day.. it was not a problem! They still had my reservation from about 12 days ago and the check-in process was very easy. They even walked me to my unit to make sure I knew where I was going. Great experience!

Dana is a dream to work with. She’s more than willing to make sure everything is safe, well kept, and that everyone is happy with how things are settled. She definitely isn’t your typical manager as she is 100% more than fair and truly easy to work with. She wants everything as safe as possible. She places everything where it is best for the customer, not what’s best for the space. Highly recommend this place.

This will be my second time with Absolute Low Cost Storage. I stored my boat with them(2years) and never had one issue. I have a travel trailer now and I'm glad to be back. Amazing customer service and I love that I have 24hr access to my trailer. Major plus would be the dumping station at the facility. I Will recommend this place to everyone. I've been storing here for years, but I've noticed some great improvements over the past year! Prices are always lower than anyone else (I have checked everywhere in 15 miles). We keep numerous items stored here year round even though we do not live here full time. Parking our RV is easy as the driveways are spaced generously. Happy customer!

Great prices compared to other storage facilities and excellent location for people out here in San Tan Valley. The units are large and the automatic billing feature is nice. The office manager has always been very kind and helpful with any questions I have had. Only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is they are not 24 hour access.

Employees were so helpful and had great follow thru. We wouldn't go anywhere else.

We rented a storage unit today. Dana and Theresa went out of their way to show us all options available to us. We looked at several units before choosing the one that fit our needs. We find the facility exceptionally clean and well maintained. We are well satisfied with the security and accessibility. There is at lease 12 security cameras and on site caretaker. Beth was knowledgeable and absolutely amazing! I got there 30 minutes before they closed for the day. I didn’t feel rushed and was Very friendly. She made sure I was getting what I truly needed to store my belongings so they would be safe temperature wise and that I would inevitably have enough space without having to play Tetris. I would certainly recommend storing your belongings here. They seem to genuinely care and work with you and it’s not all about how they can add more on to your bill.
