The office managers are the friendliest people I have ever dealt with. I stored my RV there for a year. Although I would have liked a better lot. I was squeezed between a large RV, which was parked close to boundary line and the other side were two rustic cars that had been sitting there over 10 years. But having Bruce & Mary Jane helping me thru the beginning and ending process meant the world to me!

Bruce and MaryJane are amazing to do business with. Very helpful and professional. I currently have a storage unit and had a parking storage spot as well and never had any issues. Hello! Just wanted to say to you as well..Welcome Aboard Storage Solutions! Ha I have been at the Main Street, Mesa facility close to 9 years now & must say the place begins to feel like family. Mike, our Manager at the facility is always on top of the game! He is such a very sweet individual & most definitely knows the business & how to make the storage facility a good choice. Example: All my belongings in my storage are mostly things that are sentimental to me from the past. It means alot to know that they are safe there & I don't have to worry. He will always try to be helpful in your storage experience. I have never seen him when he's not smiling & joyful! (Nowadays that's a real plus)! I guess to end this review I can just tell anyone from my point of view & experience, if your like me & already have enough on your plate, Storage Solutions is a safe & sound place to be. We moved our RV from another storage that during the first year raised the rate by $100 and it was a dirt lot. I called Storage Solutions who luckily had an open spot. It was the perfect spot, it was paved and on the end of the aisle. The customer service was top notch from Bruce who suggested we place a reservation and a small deposit that would come off our first month’s rent to make sure we didn’t loose the spot. The facility had great cameras and security. Accessible for getting our RV in and out. The grounds are clean and well maintained. Highly recommend this facility for storage solutions.

This storage depot is clean, safe and offered at a great value! I have 2 units here and it is perfect for my needs. The owners are very nice and accommodating. I would highly recommend!

The staff was very helpful & polite & greeted us like they were happy to see us. We had gone to 2 other storage places before Storage Depot Storage, and the 1st one greeted us with a frown & put-off attitude. the 2nd place was slightly better & pointed us to Storage Depot Storage. Storage Depot smiled; offered us water while checking availability; & engaged us in polite conversation & also encouraged another walk-in to join in the conversation so as not to let that person feel they were not seen while continuing to try to get us into a unit. I rate this place 5 out of 5 Stars!

The owners / operators of this facility where very friendly - felt like I was talking to one of my neighbors versus speaking with a business. Made the process of getting a storage unit very quick and explained everything very well. Some other units I have used locally have not always disclosed verbally their policies. Great location and easy access in and out.

I have always been greeted with a smile, treated with the utmost respect and felt as if I was their only customer. Anytime I needed to rent an additional unit or purchase boxes in their spotless office, they knew me and called me by first name. This made me feel as if my business was genuinely appreciated. Their continuous offers to assist me will always be remembered. I would definitely give them more than 5 stars if I could and would recommend them to anyone asking me for a storage referral.
