We moved our RV from another storage that during the first year raised the rate by $100 and it was a dirt lot. I called Storage Solutions who luckily had an open spot. It was the perfect spot, it was paved and on the end of the aisle. The customer service was top notch from Bruce who suggested we place a reservation and a small deposit that would come off our first month’s rent to make sure we didn’t loose the spot. The facility had great cameras and security. Accessible for getting our RV in and out. The grounds are clean and well maintained. Highly recommend this facility for storage solutions.

The staff was very helpful & polite & greeted us like they were happy to see us. We had gone to 2 other storage places before Storage Depot Storage, and the 1st one greeted us with a frown & put-off attitude. the 2nd place was slightly better & pointed us to Storage Depot Storage. Storage Depot smiled; offered us water while checking availability; & engaged us in polite conversation & also encouraged another walk-in to join in the conversation so as not to let that person feel they were not seen while continuing to try to get us into a unit. I rate this place 5 out of 5 Stars!

I have always been greeted with a smile, treated with the utmost respect and felt as if I was their only customer. Anytime I needed to rent an additional unit or purchase boxes in their spotless office, they knew me and called me by first name. This made me feel as if my business was genuinely appreciated. Their continuous offers to assist me will always be remembered. I would definitely give them more than 5 stars if I could and would recommend them to anyone asking me for a storage referral.
