Storage Units on Sweetwater in Lake Havasu, AZ 86406

This is the best storage company in Lake Havasu City. I had my unit for several years because I'm a full-time nomad and it was easy to rent a unit and I felt my items were completely safe while I was away for most of the year. The place is always clean and the staff very nice and helpful. If I needed another storage unit, it would be the first place I'd go.

I rented from M&M for a little over a year. They were very kind and helpful. They even cut off my padlock for me after I lost my key. I would definitely rent from them again if I have the need.

Super secure ! Mona helped me and she had the best attitude was super nice and funny. She made the whole experience easy and fun.

Over the course of several years, I've consistently found M&M to be easily reachable via email, SMS, and phone, with responses consistently within a 2-day window. Storage has never been an issue, and physical access has been reliably available. While scheduling in-person appointments might be a bit unconventional at times, everything always worked out smoothly. The main staff members are exceptionally friendly, and based on my experience, I would certainly consider them for future needs.

As anyone in Havasu knows, finding a large storage unit is almost impossible nowadays. I called M&M storage and was put on a waiting list just like everywhere else. I didn't have to wait long. Suzette called me one morning and said she had 2 units that just became available. I ran down there and she was so polite and very professional. She took me on a tour of both units and helped me make the best decision that worked for my needs. I couldn't be happier! The staff are all so friendly. I truly enjoy going to pick up my seadoos because I get to see their smiling faces and wave at them through the office window. They make you feel welcome every time you drive through the gate. Love this place👍

Quick easy access. Friendly staff!

I can’t say enough about this great experience we had renting from M&M Storage. The office staff was friendly and accommodating, the price was fair , security was tight , complex and unit was clean and easily accessible . We just needed short term (3 months .or so) and when it was time to vacate it was a smooth and seem less,. M&M is a great asset to our City.

They have storage units with inside and outside locations. The staff are very observant of who enters and accesses the units. You would never have problems with anyone messing with your stuff there.

We had a storage unit here for over a decade! We never had any issues, whatsoever. The staff were always helpful, responsive, and friendly.

I had been looking for storage very hard in the Lake Havasu area for over 2 months. I called every storage place from here to Needles, Suzanne called me every week with an update! Very personal, even though I sat on wait list! Some places didn't even respond. I am surprised as I see so many storage places in LHC, but they are all full! People if you are storing only a few possessions, please release your units! They are in high demand!

The people are wonderful. Storage is hard to find here, so we were on a wait list and they called to touch base regularly. Now we have exactly the unit we needed in a secure facility! It’s also nice that the office is occupied 6 days a week.

Suzette called me the same day. I left a message at another site and did not hear from them until the following day. M&M had a nice, clean storage unit available the same day.

The people working there were very attentive and great to work with. I highly recommend M&M Storage for all your needs. We have 2 units there now.

Suzette went above and beyond. She called weekly to see if I still needed a unit and on the day I arrived with a TON of household stuff, there was an available unit! She let me know it was bigger than what I probably needed but when you have 3000 sq ft of house that needs to go somewhere, more space is not a bad thing. No other storage places in town even offered to add my name to a list or call and check back. They just said no units available and hung up as fast as they could. Suzette made my holidays a little brighter since my house won’t be cluttered now and I can just sort through my things there to downsize as I have time.

Friendly staff, clean and organized facility. 24 hour access, plenty of room to maneuver trailer into the lockers. Just recently rented a locker here, appears secure, we’ll lighted and monitored. What more could ya ask for?

After calling around to ALL storage facilities in quartzite, Parker and lake havasue city I got lucky and found what I needed at M&M storage. Suzette was amazing to work with and talk too !! I HIGHLY recommend this place to Vanlifers, RVers and those like me making a new home in the area.
