Freindly and knowledge staff answered all our questions and signed us up very quickly. Super location for us, and competitive pricing. This is our second year working with them, we hope for many more. Access off the street is a bit tight for a big pickup, but it is easy to time traffic and swing wide coming in.

The facility was always clean, the staff extremely helpful with all issues and the security was commendable. If I would still live in the area, I would still use this company. If the need should arise, I can refer this facility to my friends.

I had a wonderful experience with Mesa East Storage Solutions. Convenient location and friendly staff. We had a large truck and two storage locations and the staff went out of its way to help us get access to the storage locations to reduce the time and energy needed to store our household goods.

Tony looked me up , as I reserved on line, and it took no time to get to my unit. Little problem with code but Tony quickly figured it out. Glad I picked Storage Solutions.

Extremely friendly staff. I only needed a small unit for a few weeks. Kenny got me set up, held the unit until I was ready to move in and found a way to save me some money. On move in day I met Karrie, she showed me to the unit, ensured it was clean and finalized the paperwork. Awesome cheerful attitudes.

Great company!! They were very professional and efficient when renting the unit and when it came time for me to vacate, they were very helpful. The rent was fair, the access was easy and anytime I had a question or concern, they went above and beyond to accommodate me. I prepaid, but ended up not using all the months for which I paid. I have went through the process of getting a refund. I feel confident that it will be smooth and I will get my refund. Carrie, specifically, went above and beyond the call of duty for me. I was in the middle of a transition and was moving across country and she helped to make the rental for my belongings smooth and seamless. She was very kind, professional and knowledgeable. She explained to me how the process worked and what I needed to do and followed up to make sure I didn't have any questions or problems. She was great!!

I am in the process of moving from a 10X30 unit which was needed to house my vehicle while out of town for 5 months. I just joined this storage unit and enjoyed meeting Layla and hopefully will enjoy future storage in unit 364.

I just got a storage unit here. And I don't usually write reviews on Google. But I just had to this time. Josh the manager was so sweet and made the process so easy. I was so stressed out with my move that day, it was so hot outside, my kid was crying and he was so sweet and patient. Honestly he made my day so much easier. The storage size he recommended was perfect. I would recommend this place 👌 5 stars

Great prices and friendly service! The only thing I wish was different is the access hours. You can't get into your unit after 7pm. That makes things a bit difficult for me but other then that, it's great!!

The staff is great and nice facility. The locking system is not as up to date as some other places. You still provide your own padlock and some other places have gone to assigning cylinder locks which are hard to defeat.

Great place to store your belongings . it was a lot better when old manager was there Steven but he moved to different property .

She has a unique name and I’m sorry to her for not remembering. She got me in the unit pretty quickly as I had a trailer of furniture waiting to be unloaded. I wish I could remember her name. Hi I have been a customer sent 2008 I like the service most of the time.

I had a great experience renting an unit yesterday. I was informed of the all the important information and security, shown how to open the gates to the unit, and given phone number to call in case of an emergency.

Storage Solutions has been great. By far the most affordable storage rental in the area. The on site manager is very helpful and kind. I now have multiple units there. I won't rent anywhere else.

It was Saturday and I reserved a storage unit on line. I got to the office and was greeted as I walked in. My signing of the lease was quick, pleasant and efficient. Was showed my unit. It was pretty clean and was just what I needed. They kinda made me feel like I have been there before. I would, and will, recomend to anybody who needs to store their stuff.

Great place at great price. Linda and Steve were excellent at showing me different units and explaining how public storage works. Glad I chose this place.

This is by far the best storage facility I have ever rented from the on site manager is very friendly and courteous and helpful I would not have stayed at the same storage complex for over 4 years if they didn't take care of there customers and talk to them by name it's very friendly place . The front desk agent was informative and very nice. He walked me through the facility to show my the unit. The grounds are kept clean and the storage unit was exactly what I was needing. Altogether, the process between me arriving and getting my rental completed was quick and easy.

Steven and the lady (linda?) were so kind and funny! They were both professional and helpful. Steven definitely understands the importance of great customer experience. I went the first time just checking my options and, even though the gate hours are a bit shorter than I would have preferred, he was so helpful I ended up storing my stuff with them. He seemed genuinely interested in making sure I got the space I needed for the right price and not just getting a unit rented. The storage unit itself is clean and I feel like my things are secured and safe so I highly recommend using them!

Great place Linda was great she knew what size unit I needed I thought I needed a smaller unit and I was wrong she showed me a unit a little bigger and it was just right my stuff come right to the door with no room to spear. She was very kind even offered to help us with move in and gave us a few more hours to move in. Don't know the name of the guy in the office I believe he was the manager he was very rude to Linda in front of my wife and I that's my only complaint. highly recommend this facility.

This was my first time ever renting a storage unit. The whole process was easy and stress free. The manager Steven was very kind and helpful. Facilities are clean and the security is good. The prices are affordable for how much space you get. For me personally the location is great because it is close to where I'll be living.
