Lisa was the best. She got me in a unit that was the right size. She was professional and knowledgeable. And she double checked the gate code for me. And made sure that the unit was clean and ready to use. This was an excellent choice for a unit.

Freindly and knowledge staff answered all our questions and signed us up very quickly. Super location for us, and competitive pricing. This is our second year working with them, we hope for many more. Access off the street is a bit tight for a big pickup, but it is easy to time traffic and swing wide coming in.

This is my top choice to store anything! With wonderful quality of the premises and security services. The management is wonderful and on top of everything! I definitely recommend this storage solution company! Almost over a year at this place and can’t complain one bit! Shoutout to Kenny for making everything work smoothly this whole time!

I had a wonderful experience with Mesa East Storage Solutions. Convenient location and friendly staff. We had a large truck and two storage locations and the staff went out of its way to help us get access to the storage locations to reduce the time and energy needed to store our household goods.

Extremely friendly staff. I only needed a small unit for a few weeks. Kenny got me set up, held the unit until I was ready to move in and found a way to save me some money. On move in day I met Karrie, she showed me to the unit, ensured it was clean and finalized the paperwork. Awesome cheerful attitudes.

Kenny was very helpful and thorough. He explained everything well and was kind. We’re happy to be storing our items with storage solutions.

I just got a storage unit here. And I don't usually write reviews on Google. But I just had to this time. Josh the manager was so sweet and made the process so easy. I was so stressed out with my move that day, it was so hot outside, my kid was crying and he was so sweet and patient. Honestly he made my day so much easier. The storage size he recommended was perfect. I would recommend this place 👌 5 stars

Great prices and friendly service! The only thing I wish was different is the access hours. You can't get into your unit after 7pm. That makes things a bit difficult for me but other then that, it's great!!

Hi I have been a customer sent 2008 I like the service most of the time.

I thought I already wrote a review. But anyway the location is great and I have no problems. The manager is great he is friendly very helpful and I enjoy talking to him, the units are clean and bug free and that's a big plus I would definitely recommend this units to other people.

This is by far the best storage facility I have ever rented from the on site manager is very friendly and courteous and helpful I would not have stayed at the same storage complex for over 4 years if they didn't take care of there customers and talk to them by name it's very friendly place . Steven and the lady (linda?) were so kind and funny! They were both professional and helpful. Steven definitely understands the importance of great customer experience. I went the first time just checking my options and, even though the gate hours are a bit shorter than I would have preferred, he was so helpful I ended up storing my stuff with them. He seemed genuinely interested in making sure I got the space I needed for the right price and not just getting a unit rented. The storage unit itself is clean and I feel like my things are secured and safe so I highly recommend using them!

Great place Linda was great she knew what size unit I needed I thought I needed a smaller unit and I was wrong she showed me a unit a little bigger and it was just right my stuff come right to the door with no room to spear. She was very kind even offered to help us with move in and gave us a few more hours to move in. Don't know the name of the guy in the office I believe he was the manager he was very rude to Linda in front of my wife and I that's my only complaint. highly recommend this facility.

This was my first time ever renting a storage unit. The whole process was easy and stress free. The manager Steven was very kind and helpful. Facilities are clean and the security is good. The prices are affordable for how much space you get. For me personally the location is great because it is close to where I'll be living.

Friendly staff. Can’t be the rates. I recently sold my house and needed a place to park my furniture until the new house is ready. Checked rates at quite a few different storage locations. Hands down the most affordable and no contract was required to get their best rate. Happy with my purchase.
