Absolutely the BEST staff at this location. You don't fell like just another customer. They welcome you and are helpful and happy to assist you. One time I was there digging through all my crap and they brought me a cold water and told me if I got too hot I could go to the office and soak up some ac. Been a customer here for 10 years and would recommend to anyone needing storage solutions. 👍👍🥰🤩

Have rented at this place the last two years, absolutely love it!! Staff is always so kind. The lady at the front desk with the pretty eyes is always so quick to help. Been a customer for 3+ years. Never ever been unhappy with this place! Prices are so much better here that when I moved south of Tucson I keep the same unit here in Mesa. I'd rather make the drive than switch storage companies!

We put our storage in Executive Square Storage Solutions for 11 years! Unfortunately the price hike kept us from remaining there longer. The managers we dealt with were perfection: we never had a single issue whatsoever with our storage, no leaks, no break ins, etc. They were friendly and professional and very considerate, the location was great, the entire property was always in order, very clean and organized. A shout out to Dana, Lynda Clifton and Joe (sorry, didn't get his last name); they were wonderful to deal with, and will be missed. More organizations should follow their example, they are/were a fantastic crew.

Linda had excellent service in that she understood my complicated need without question. I was thankful at the speed of the transaction as i had limited time to move. Upon moving the next morning, we found that we’d be short of space, and without delay, she provided me with a larger unit and pointed my movers to the unit before they started unloaded. I wouldn’t store anywhere else regardless of the location that I live in. I’m storing in Mesa, but I live in Phoenix. And it’s because of the staff at the location on Gilbert and university. They’re so easy to work with, knowledgeable, helpful and affordable. If you’re looking for somewhere for long or short term storage needs this is the place.

I highly recommend this storage facility. Both Joe and Linda have been terrific and very accommodating! We have four units with them and everything has been great. It is very well maintained and we feel our belongings are safe.

We just moved to the area recently and needed some space to store our things. We talked with Lynda, she helped us pick a unit that best suits us, it was very hot out (we are not used to this heat yet) and she offered us all waters while we discussed best options. I have rented at this facility 3 times in the past 15 years. I removed all my stuff from there about 6 months ago because the last manager was horrible; she was mean, rude and I felt like she hated her job. I called the storage about 2 weeks ago and I was pleased to see a new manager was there. Michael is amazing and is so helpful! I'm really happy with the service he provided me! Great change!!!

I have had an interesting experience with this particular storage space and the treatment that I have experienced renting a unit as of August 2017. I really didn't have a good thing to say about Executive Square Storage Solutions and the personnel who had been there since I started my lease mid 2017. That until about 4 months ago when the old manager left and Michael the new General Manager has taken over the past person's poorly run facility. I have to say that Michael the new General Manager has taken over here in a really radically great way that makes this the Executive Square Awesome Storage Solutions now. I would like to share that I am not only happy to store my stuff here for the long-term future but it's truly an amazing transformation from my previous negative thoughts and feelings to a really awesome place to keep my stuff. I will absolutely recommend this facility to anyone who is interested in renting a storage unit and wants the best possible customer service and kind treatment that GM Michael will no doubt provide them. I am looking forward to being a long term customer at Executive Square Storage Solutions as long as Michael is going to be in charge of awesomeness!

Was a previous customer last year when the lady ran it & hated it. So rude & terrible customer service, she would almost shame you if you missed a payment. I was really reluctant to come back but the prices & location was just the most convenient. But now someone else runs it and we dealt with Mike who was AMAZING. Excellent customer service, was super friendly over the phone & really helped us with what we needed & ALWAYS called back & followed up. As long as he works here I have no problems coming back or referring people. Idk if anyone else still works here but if you can, ask to deal with Mike! 10/10. Will update as time goes on

For a descent size unit it's a fair price. $55 bucks. Not outrageous that comes with the other units around the area for the same size unit we have. The lady at the front desk needs a raise. Thanks for her help and keeping our units safe.

So I have to say what a great manager we have now. To the people who have left nasty reviews you're obviously up to no good. She has made me feel so safe. I was robbed by a helper and he knows the things in my unit are worth money. If it wasn't for the great staff I would have been a nervous wreck. She always goes over and above to help me out she needs a raise within 1 week or I'll leave reviews every week. I promise. Such a big help and yes we had a rocky start but as I get to know her more and more I am so thankful for the Amount of security that comes with her. Give her a raise she needs it. And again to the fowl disgusting people that are leaving bad reviews they are obviously up to no good.

All these bad reviews must be people who didn't pay their bill or were rude to the staff to begin with. I have had a unit with them for over a year now and not once had a single issue. Granted it is hard to get them on the phone but they only have a few people who work there and i'm sure their duties include maintenance throughout the facility.
