Very great experience moving into my unit at North Country Club Self Storage. Easily filled out the forms online and then went and met the manager, Lisa, who was very friendly. She helped finish up the paperwork and got me into my unit quickly. Clean unit, easy access, good pricing (no hidden fees) & friendly staff....10/10.

I need it a space to put away some stuff that I cant fit in my house anymore. I came down to this location and let me tell you they were really helpful from beginning to end! The process was easy and smooth. They were really friendly and help me the best they could! I highly recommend coming to storage solutions if you need a storage and dont want to loose any time.

We were met at the door by the manager, who was in her way to have lunch, but was sweet enough to postpone her lunch in order to talk to us and show us a room that was perfect for what I needed. She was quick and helpful and I so appreciate her warm and friendly attitude. Thank you for hiring such a worthy employee.

Terri the manager is amazing! She is so friendly and so helpful. They offer a truck to use for free (with a refundable cash deposit) to move your things in. She helped me get a unit, get the truck, and gave me late access when I had one weekend to pack and move my 3 bedroom apartment into storage. I’m so happy with North Country Club Storage Solutions that I will always use them whenever I’m in need of a storage unit. Don’t even bother checking with anyone else. They’re the best!

I came into storage solutions in a panic needing a space to store my belongings. I was moving from one storage company to another blindly... I walked into storage solutions and was politely greeted by a beautiful smile. Miss Terry was sitting behind the desk. She quickly helped me find exactly what I needed with better prices than I expected. She was so patient and kind and even swept out the unit before I moved any of my stuff in. We used this facility from 2011 to 2016. And we are back again. September 2021. The people are always great to work with. Michelle was wonderful. She answered all my questions and gave me great suggestions. UPDATE... September 2022. We are no longer in need of storage. But this place is great! We've never had any issues. Their facility is clean and well taken care of. Their customer service is wonderful! Great people! We will definitely be back if ever needed. Thank you so much!

Clean......Safe.......Friendly.......By the book....Rules enforced .......as they should be......!!! They have done nothing but work with me and allow me to get thru the merging of a divorce......out of state living....and my over the top sometimes amount of stuff. We needed some extra storage....ya know...christmas & halloween decorations, camping stuff, etc. the kind of thing you need but don't have room for. so I googled storage units, North Country Club Storage Solutions was one of the closest places with the best prices. Getting a unit was super easy and fast. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for that little bit of extra space.

Price is right

I needed to rent a unit, shopped around for a storage last week and rented the unit there despite the fact that I live just across a competitor, The reason is this new manager they have there he name is Jose, He is attentive, polite, knowledgeable and most important very honest. When my girlfriend and I got inside the office there were 2 more customer's 1 of them was mad and screaming about the service the last manager provided. Jose managed the situation in a way I know I wouldn't. Jose was cordial and kept his calm. He diffused the situation and took care of the other customer who by the way also complained about the last manager. I do recommend this place to do business with.
