I used Peoria Grand Storage Solutions for almost six years and never had a problem.  If somehow a payment was missed or lost they would always call and/or email me so as not To risk losing my items.  Sherry at the front desk was the best, professional and friendly.  By far the best and cleaned storage facility I’ve ever used.  

I have my unit and the people (Michael and Nicole) are very nice and the prices are very reasonable.

Michael the manager there was very kind in helping me with personal issue that came about. He was very helpful to have me and another person get their belongings out of my storage and helpful in understanding I am disabled also. Emptied out my bigger unit on Wednesday. Had it for almost 4yrs.lol. During this whole time , I have nothing but good things to say about this location. From day 1 the staff have been friendly, quick to offer help or a solution. Mickey and Robbie are no longer there they were amazing women. There are many storage companies to choose from. I live in MN and visit my mom in AZ. I was helping her move and was driving by locations that were climate controlled. I liked the smaller appearance and great location of this company. I stopped and there was a manager on duty, several carts to choose from and several sizes of units to choose from. This place is not fancy but very clean and comfortable. I felt the pricing was very fair. Payment is very smooth.

This place is great! We stored with them for 8 years. We recently just closed out our storage. They main a clean and professional facility. Never had issues with getting my unit broken into. Never had issues with my property getting damaged. The office has always kept clear and open communication with their customers. Definitely would store here again! Highly recommend, also air conditioned which is important in AZ.

The manager, Keely, is very friendly, knowledgeable and tries to help with any unique situation possible. She goes out of her way to accommodate everyone. Nice facility and convenient location.

Absolutely the best storage unit facility around! Elevator, friendly and efficient staff, competitive prices, A/C units, compatible hours. Auto pay available and emails explaining holiday closures, changes in schedules due to holidays, moving supplies for purchase and..again..very nice office staff.

This storage has very good pricings compared to other storages around peoria or phoenix. I like the inconvenience for other people to not be able or be allowed to go at night. The hours are great but I think they could open at an hour earlier than the hour they have. The staff is super polite and the process to rent went so quick.

Clean storage units in an air cooled building, who could go wrong with this? There is a reason this facility is still around, highly recommend this one if it is in your area.

Great Service by staff. Extremely helpful with a smile. Just moved here and needed storage for boxes until I can unpack and organize. Had no idea size needed but staff showed me several sizes which helped me make the right decision for what was needed. My husband and I was pleasantly surprised that our 1st floor unit was comfortable while moving in last week with 115 degree outside temp. Highly recommend!!

Simple but very good storage facility. They may have rules on payment but they have always contacted me to see what my payment status was and when would i be able to pay. Two nice ladies (Robbie and Cathy) work there and they do a great job at running the facility.
