I worked with Brandon today. He took me on a tour of the grounds and showed me the units available to me with the online specials. all looked safe and secure. I chose my unit, went home and submitted my application, and was moving in within a matter of hours. Thank you Brandon for making this a "painless" transaction!

The new site manager Aubrey has been amazing to deal with. Very knowledgeable and understands the importance of good customer service. The facility is also very secure. We have had no concerns during our last year of tenancy.

I stored my personal belongings here for about a year. Unit was fairly priced, staff was always super friendly and available to assist when or if necessary, secure safe location, and moving out was a breeze. Helpful service, clean units and the staff is the Gold Standard. Ron and Dana where so instrumental in the 8 months I was using the unit. If and when I return or need a storage unit I'm coming back just because of Dana and Ron. Thank you so much!

All staff is a pleasure to deal with. They were very accommodating and understanding and helped me get the spaces I needed. The facility is clean and well maintained. Security seems to be very good as well. Dana was excellent and I look forward to storing items here for a long time.

I like this place for the most part. But I'm getting a little nervous with the wild life. Scorpions are a part of desert life glad I've never seen alive ones. They also had a small issue with mice again I get desert life. What is making me nervous and I'm thinking about moving our stuff. I just killed a German roach there the other day. And when there is one there are tons more. Idk what pest control company they use but they need a new one.

Look no further, we called everywhere, this is the storage facility you want to choose. The grounds and units are clean and well maintained. The hours are accommodating. They offer a variety of sizes with exemplary staff. We were given solid advice and cost efficient options and were never upsold or hit with hidden fees.The staff were so helpful. We had an emergency and needed to empty our home quickly. We needed real help and real solutions ASAP. We found the correct sized unit at the best price and worked with the best staff. We’ll never go anywhere else. We were treated like family at a very stressful time.

Rented 2 parking space for vehicles for almost a year with no problems. the facility is secure and the staff has always been very responsive. Gino does a great job of managing the facility in a professional and courteous manner. I appreciate Gino's knowledge and customer service.

Great staff, good prices

The Deer Valley location. Gino, who runs it, is a very nice and amiable yet professional. He sees to any problems immediately. I complained that the gate leading to my section was hot because the sun beats on it and that very day he rectified the situation!! I only wish their hours were a little better 7- 7 is not good in the summer.

Travis was a great help, very informative, and everything went super smooth.

Nice location and a friendly staff, but the only negative thing is the strict hours of operation. 7 am to 7 pm and they up sell you the extended hours from 5am to 10pm. No entry after the closing hours even if you're inside.

Give them a 4 ONLY because the need lights in the larger storage units (I have a 10x15). During the winter suns downby 530pm and they close at 7. Other then that good place
