Steve and Janet were amazing. Previous to going to this storage facility, I had rented a unit from a different storage facility for my vehicle. 2hrs before the flight, it turns out that other facility gave me the wrong unit. My van could not fit. Scrambling, I called East McDowell Storage Solutions, they said come on down. Steve and Janet worked very hard and fast with no stress to get us out so we would make the flight, and I’m here on the plane right now because of them. Thanks Steve and Janet!

SO friendly! I looked at other places but I'm so glad I picked this place.

As a first time tenant for a storage unit, this place really gave me the comfort and peace of mind my stuff would be secured. The gentleman who showed me the unit, was great at explaining to me the units and assisting me in my reversing with my rental 20ft truck. Roberta in the front desk was very nice, knowledgeable and great as well. The access to get to my unit was simple as they have many to choose from. They also have big carts to load and move your stuff to the unit.

Reserving online was easy. When I got there Steve, the manager, was very nice & took his time to explain everything. The place was very clean and the prices are great! Got the smallest unit and still had space left over. I definitely recommend.

I rented 3 units with EMSS and almost always had great customer service when there. They are nice, friendly helpful except for one particular employee. I do with that they had more hours to enter and exit especially with the heat here in the Phoenix area it would be nice to have later hours when the sun has gone down. When the air units work it is nice but when they are not working it can be unbearable.

I went for an auction yesterday and the office ladies we're very friendly and helping and professional. Thank you for helping us on giving us more time to remove 6 units.

My mother had a storage here for about 10yrs and she never had an issue. Now, both me and my sister have a storage unit there. Everyone there has ALWAYS been very friendly, courteous and helpful.

I've had my items here for quite some time. The facility is always clean and I always feel safe with my items being stored here. There's a pin you use to even get ton the property. They make sure your items are safe. The office clerk that calls when I forget to make my payment is ALWAYS so sweet and patient with us. I'd never go anywhere else then here.

When I first went into the office the staff was amazingly helpful, courteous and on they're game. Steve and the receptionist, Bertha, are pleasant and nice people. All in all it was a pleasant visit to get my storage started I'm glad I chose this one, as it's clean, reasonable and convenient.

I was in a mild pinch, and needed a fast place to store my extra stuff that is not needed everyday.. that was over a year ago. I'm still renting the air lol. The place if friendly and clean.

We were experiencing a slight problem with our bank account and called Storage Solutions to let them know what was going on. The manager told me that we had never been late before and still had a couple of days before late fees would be added. We got the matter fixed with the bank and went to the storage solutions office to make our payment. Again, the manager was very kind and understanding of our situation. He accepted our payment and true to his word, did not charge a late fee. Another unit we have used would have jumped on the opportunity to lock us out of our unit, even after I had called to explain.

if u need storage this is the place to go

Finally got their act together. Got rid of the mice, gophers, and insects. Got a better manger and staff, and put cameras in the blind spots. Deters theft or break-ins of the lockers. Plus, the indoor storage units have a secondary locking hinge so you can put on two locks. Normally I'd give it Five Stars, but the place is a little too pricey for the area, and there are diesel mechanic trucks taking up parking spaces all of the time.

This place gets 5 stars in my opinion. They are professional but also very caring. Renee made me feel extraordinarily special while still keeping a positive professional attitude and because of her, i couldn't be more pleased. Outstanding service and great facility. Clean and cool (temp°)unit indoors similar to a spare linen closet. Perfect for n.y needs. They also have larger garage style units too for people with a need for increased storage space. Maintenance man was incredibly helpful as well. His name is slipping my mind but he was very knowledgable and was told he has worked on site for a long time. All in all i would highly recommend storage solutions to all my friends and family and anyone curious about renting a space in the phx area.

The special offer versus straight monthly payment was confusing. The ladies in the office didn't know what to think of me, but the blonde lady made an effort to be friendly.

Ive been using storage solutions for a few years now and the past couple of years it has been better, management wise. Its always clean garbage is never over flowing, they also keep up with the different type of people going there in and out of the buildings making sure they run a safe environment.

My husband and I had a terrific experience renting a storage unit. The customer service was outstanding, and the process was easy and straightforward. We live closer to a brand new self-storage business, but chose East McDowell Storage Solutions for the following reasons: unbeatable price; very helpful and friendly staff; security; and a good location. Having just set up a unit, I was very pleased with the level of service. The facility is clean, access to carts is helpful, and the manager was very nice. He's the only one and does have to step out to help customers so you should be patient.

And they are bilingual which is great because my grandmother needed a place to store her stuff and she didn’t trust just English speaking. Lol. Gloria is the name of the new manager i think. She’s hilarious and helpful. This isn’t an A1 location, but it’s priced great and they keep an eye on the area from what i can tell. I’m not sure what’s up with the poor reviews, the management is very helpful.

This is a very well secured storage facility with a manager and support staff who are friendly, helpfull and always have a smile for you. I would recommend this facility for short term as well as long term storage solutions.

Expensive.. some rude and nasty staff.. but clean.. security cameras. Your code sometimes doesn't work after 5p.. it's suppose to be accessible until 7p. Be careful getting stuck and stuck w an extra bill to come bail you out.

The office staff are always friendly and ready to help. But they got me good once! Someone broke in my locker and they made me pay for the damages and new lock when they charge me extra every month for insurance that should've covered that incident. It pays to read the fine print.
