Super nice and the price is right!!!

Well kept space, everyone that works there are helpful and super friendly. The price was also the best in the area compared to all the other places. I would recommend this to be the first place to go before any others for sure.

I am only on my first month with them But they were beyond friendly and their prices were good for what you get. I was able to set up a unit same day and move things into it. Very thankful for them! I’ll update my review to a 5 star after a few month at this location but my first impressions are fantastic.

I needed to store my household goods for two months while waiting to move in to my new home. The staff were friendly and provided excellent customer service. The facility was air conditioned and my belongings were undamaged from the AZ heat. Highly recommend this facility.

Nice caring staff who keep your RV secured. We had our Beast in covered space which kept it protected from the sun and other elements of nature.

I have had a unit with them since 2019 until today. My belongings were kept safe, I was always sure that I nc an get help whenever I needed it and even when I lived out of state for most of that time they were very helpful in coordinating with me on details that I cannot physically attend to. Totally recommend them! 

Sarah went the extra mile to help us get a reasonably priced unit in the size we needed at the last minute. She was polite, helpful and informative.

The woman who helped me find the right space for my motorhome was great. She explained everything in detail , showed me the lot, and was very nice to deal with.

Thresa and Sarah are amazing at care and communication at site. The Site is great, good access, spots, water and dump staion easy to get to and around with my 30 A class RV and 20+ trailer in tow. Touch wood- BUT so far safe and secure and no security issues. These two ladies make a big difference to come back year after year

Could be a bit kept up and prices keep going up. Would be nice if you could get into your belongings any time of the day.

Met manager Theresa a couple months ago and she was pleasantly nice to speak to. Came back about a month later and spoke to a Mary who was also nice. I finally came in to rent an RV space and Thresa was so helpful and nice. I highly recommend this place for all your storage needs, feel free to say I sent you.

We had items stored here for 2 years and nothing was damaged by mice. Excellent facility and Theresa helped us get 4 large units two years ago when units were hard to find. I highly recommend this storage facility.

To me it is very expensive. But I needed storage quickly and it was closest to my house. On the other hand the Wonderful lady that helped me with renting the unit went way out of her way to accommodate me. She helped me so much. More Companies should have employees like her.

WOW! The ladies at ALCSS really are a great pair of ladies with a great since of humor. They were very nice, very welcoming and made me feel like family. The young man who helped me was very kind and determined when the the computer site went down for us to enter with my code. After many try’s he gave me a temporary code and showed we where my storage pod was located. The storage facility was very clean along with the office which was very nicely decorated and comfortable.

There’s no coverage which is fine through the winter months. Love the easy access with the app and the perimeter wall. Also love that they have a dump station. The price is extremely competitive and the service is good. Highly recommend

We’re new in the area and were looking for an affordable storage for our trailer. This place was close to our home, so we went in and were given a tour of the grounds with every question answered. Great service and a secure location to park our RV. We are in the lot with 24 hour access via the app. Big plus, dump station on site. It's out in San Tan, but with the service, secure location and great price, worth the little extra drive from Queen Creek.

I have been storing my 5th wheel here for years. I also have a large storage unit. There have been no problems with theft. The staff is very friendly and even have given me suggestions on where to go for repairs and cleaning my 5th wheel. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a storage place that is easy to get to, has good security, a friendly staff and good prices.

I first visited back in March to find if they had availability. Theresa let me know costs and suggested I reach out to them a few weeks (October) before I needed a spot. I dropped on on 10/12 and Mary was most helpful. She shared on their maps of what was available and the monthly cost of each. She even gave me a tour in a golf cart to showed me the available spots. They have an App that allows you to access their 24/7 lot! Customer service was exceptional!

This is my second time renting storage at this facility. Mary made the process very easy and she was extremely helpful. The unit was clean and in great shape. The facility is secure, and the units are easily accessible with my truck and 20' cargo trailer.

Superb customer service. Filled out the reservation form online and they called me within minutes to go over what I was looking for, their rates and requirements. I came in a day early to sign all the paperwork and get the gate code (love the locked gates and security cameras!) to make move in easier.

Yes, the grounds and units are exceptionally clean, and sure, it’s secure, affordable and conveniently located, yeah yeah yeah… absolutely, all good, couldn’t be better. But the real stars here are the helpful and super friendly staff! Literally from the moment we first walked in, they’ve bent over backwards to make sure we’ve been 100% taken care of. Recommended to the highest degree. Don’t waste your time anywhere else.

Even with that, the best benefits of using this facility are the manager and staff. They are very helpful, nice, considerate and made the vacate much easier and quick. The customer service was great!! I had reserved a space then the rv I was supposed to purchase fell thru. The staff allowed me to keep my reservation open for 2 weeks until I found another unit. The facility is secure and the rv dump on-site is very convenient.

Dana is a dream to work with. She’s more than willing to make sure everything is safe, well kept, and that everyone is happy with how things are settled. She definitely isn’t your typical manager as she is 100% more than fair and truly easy to work with. She wants everything as safe as possible. She places everything where it is best for the customer, not what’s best for the space. Highly recommend this place.

I've been storing here for years, but I've noticed some great improvements over the past year! Prices are always lower than anyone else (I have checked everywhere in 15 miles). We keep numerous items stored here year round even though we do not live here full time. Parking our RV is easy as the driveways are spaced generously. Happy customer!

Great prices compared to other storage facilities and excellent location for people out here in San Tan Valley. The units are large and the automatic billing feature is nice. The office manager has always been very kind and helpful with any questions I have had. Only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is they are not 24 hour access.

Employees were so helpful and had great follow thru. We wouldn't go anywhere else.

We rented a storage unit today. Dana and Theresa went out of their way to show us all options available to us. We looked at several units before choosing the one that fit our needs. We find the facility exceptionally clean and well maintained. We are well satisfied with the security and accessibility. There is at lease 12 security cameras and on site caretaker. Location is very close to where I am staying. The entrance is very easy to access with cameras to monitor the grounds. The staff is very friendly and accommodating.... I can’t ask for any more than that.

I spoke with Beth on the phone a few times while looking for a storage unit. Each time I called she was very knowledgeable and friendly. Today I stopped in and Beth took me around to look at a few of the 10x20 units. I went with the second one she showed me which is an indoor unit with AC. The unit is perfectly clean and easily accessible. Beth also had the unit blown out and dusted with pesticide quickly so I could drop off items right then and there. She is incredibly friendly and is all about the customer. Not only did she help me save on cost, but she also reserved me a Penske truck to rent for $20/day next week. She also loaned me a lock because I failed to bring one. I am incredibly impressed with Beth and Absolute Low Cost Self Storage! Rented a 10 x 20 storage unit the storage facility was kept clean and nice, but the first night we rented on the 17ththe gate was left open all night not sure if this is a normal thing but just wanted to make somebody aware that anybody could walk in at any given moment

When we had a problem they took care of it. Thank you very much.

Extremely helpful and friendly personnel! We use them for parking our RV and they were very helpful in helping pick one of the spots to park. They didn't just assign a space, she took me around and let me see the available parking. So far I love this place!

We rent two units at absolute. The staff is great. Site seems very secure. Both our units were clean upon our rental. For us, location was great, easy in and out.

I have a covered motorhome spot and a storage unit. The grounds are clean and secure and the staff is outstanding. I would rate it a 5 but access hours are limited, which I have mixed feeling about. It adds a dimension of safety but has obvious limitation on access ( I sometimes arrive late in the evening and would like to access after 7PM.)

Just reserved a unit here. They were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to work with me and my military move. Plus a great military discount.

They were friendly. Van I rented was brand new and just what I needed. I decided on the end that I should have rented a regular Van and it would have probably been less expensive. They charge a lot per mile here. I paid over $200 for three days. I drove around 225 miles.
