With a very nice and helpful staff, easy instructions, clean environment, easy access to unit, even have a loading dock, an alright price for everything they provide their customers. I will be definitely recommend this place to everyone I hear that is looking to get a storage in town (I work for a local moving company)....Also I left with a stack of business cards cause I plan on pacing them out. Excellent Service Super Clean and Secure Facility
UPDATE: We've been storing our extra stuff at Scottsdale Storage Solutions for several years now, and we've even added a locker. The service continues to be amazing! John is the absolute best manager with impeccable customer service. He just goes above and beyond every day. Recently, I lost my phone and when I checked its location, it showed it was a Scottsdale Storage Solutions, where we had just been. But those phone trackers aren't always accurate, I didn't know if I'd dropped the phone outside and someone could pick it up. Meanwhile, I was stuck in Costco trying to navigate the Sunday crowd. I called John and asked him if he would mind looking around, and of course he didn't mind. But he didn't spot the phone anywhere. SO... I said I might have left it in the one unit we had been to. John said, "I'll go look now and take my phone so I can call it and hear it." (I leave a key at SSS in case I lose mine.) John did just what he said and found the phone tucked in a rainboot (yes, I'd put it there). I hurried back from Costco to SSS and when I walk in, John triumphantly waves my phone at me. I was so relieved. That's just an example of how much John cares about the customers and how he goes out of his way to help them. We weren't thinking of leaving SSS, but this is just a big reminder of why we never will. Thanks, John! Scottsdale Storage Solutions is the absolute best storage facility I have ever used... and I’ve used half a dozen over the past many years and visited several others. The units are clean and dry. The lighting is bright. The entire facility is clean and tidy, including the restroom. The security is super tight. I’ve never had any trouble parking or using the elevator or accessing a cart. But the best part is the management. John goes above and beyond to make his clients happy, as does his staff. I used to live mostly out of town but relocated to Scottsdale full time. I needed an additional storage locker and the day I arrived with my stuff, John had the door to my new unit open and a new lock in hand. Everything I do at Scottsdale Storage Solutions is seamless and worry-free. I rest easy knowing my belongings are in a great facility that is well managed by excellent staff. I’ve used other storage facilities in the past and there is just no comparison. I highly recommend Scottsdale Storage Solutions.
John and staff are very helpful. The facility is clean with a functional layout. I rented a 10x10 space and was able to reserve the space next to it in the event I need it (I probably will). Unlike other facilities I've used, Storage Solutions doesn't surprise the tenant with mandatory extras added to its price quote. Base rent and taxes -- that's it.

Just rented 7x10 unit and with carts and easy parking, was able to store items with little problems. Rate was less than expected for air conditioned space on main floor.
