He was expecting me so from our greeting we were exchanging jokes and stories. While the business portion of our interaction flowed through flawless humor we concluded with please leave a review. Currently our RV parked there and has been for 15 months. A need developed for a small storage unit and I instantly thought of Tri-City. Steven is easy to deal with and runs a clean, secure and friendly facility. Rates are more than fair and access is easy. Can't see myself looking elsewhere for any future needs.

Move in was easy. Friendly staff so far.

Just signed a lease agreement with Steven and Heather for our company needing 5 units. I have to say they made the process a breeze! He was great to work with and walked us through every aspect as well as went above and beyond to make it work with our specific needs for the property. Looking forward to starting our new lease here in June and plan to stay for a long time! Also met some other tenants while touring the lot and they had nothing but great things to say about Steven and the storage space all together. This place is a gem!

Tri-City Storage Solutions management stays on top of their entire complex at all times making it a safe place to store your belongings. They DO NOT allow riff raff and DO NOT put up with illegal activity. They are the BEST!

This place is great they work with you when you're a little late on payments but they also want you to pay. Very nice managers are cool. I've been around them for a couple years and they always treated me fairly!

Great people to work with, straightforward process. We parked our car here for several months. It was a secure site and the staff was responsive and helpful. The only complaint we had was our car cover was taken off or came off (even tho tied securely) and it would have been nice if someone had put it back on or at least let us know. But a minor thing all things considered.

A friend was looking for a storage unit. I had rented a place here many years ago. We went to explore. The whole experience was awesome. The price was fair, a unit was available even the lock was reasonably priced. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable he even offered us water. The whole process took less than 30 minutes. I was impressed overall.

I am with Simply Movers with the Moving Help platform associated with Uhaul. I found this facility to be ideal, clean,and friendly I recommend you to patronize this buisness. I know the demand on larger size storages has boomed. It's an everywhere thing. Just expect like rent anywhere for possible changes in charges as a long term patron.

Lots of room

I was left hanging by another storage facility ( Sparefoot Storage ) and I found Tri-City Storage on the internet. I got a hold of Hannah who was very professional and helped me get situated on such a short notice. The facility is gated, clean and my locker was perfect for the items I needed to store. I would highly recommend Tri-City for their professionalism and great staff. Kudos to Hannah for being so understanding and helpful.

Very controlling/ demanding in conversation about leasing there. Not friendly or personable service. The facility is kept up and has a good size lot for multiple unit sizes.

After a series of unfortunate experiences with multiple other corporate storage facilities nearby I'm beyond satisfied with my final destination choice of Storage Solutions. I have been at Storage Solutions in Tempe now for 6 months and I couldn't be any happier. The costumer service here not only kicks local competitors butts but also has a family vibe that you don't get anywhere else. They do a great job of making you feel welcome and appreciated rather than acting as if they're doing you a favor by renting to you, like other facilities. There is always someone around if you need anything but they're never intrusive which understandably is a hard combination to achieve. It really wasn't just Garry's charm at the front desk that sold me but the patience and kindness that was offered upon arrival despite my cynical attitude due to my previous experiences at Public Storage AND Extra Space Storage. I was just feeling out my final options that day but ended up terminating my contract at Public Storage & immediately moved into Storage Solutions. Hopefully this review will save someone from going through what I went through looking for a storage facility. Just come talk to Garry first, I wish I had. Thanks Storage Solutions for being the best around!!

Wonderful staff to work with. Once assigned a unit, they work really well to fulfill your desires of a larger or another unit or space. I felt and continue to feel that they are watching out for us. They also have an elaborate security system which I love having to protect my valuables. Plus, it is a great location. You really can’t beat the storage opportunities and professional staff at Tri City!!! I’ll am certain they will treat you just as fairly and appropriately as they did me!! Great overall!! Down side is 24 hour access, but for the assurance of security, I’ll take it!!

We were moving and needed a storage unit to hold some of our stuff before during and after our move. The staff got us set up with a unit inside with ac in under 10 mins at a great rate. Plus they have a moving truck you get to use for free for renting with them. I looked at other storage units in facilities just down the road and they were dirty and dilapidated, my unit here is clean and the whole building looks new inside and Tri city was less expensive than those old dirty units at the public storage down the street. Very happy with my experience Thank you

Very thorough in explaining everything that is needed to know up front. He did a great job, wasnt pushy, went through all the paperwork and explained everything.

We were welcome with a smile in a sunny day with 110 degrees. The unit was a perfect size, in unit temperature was good and we signed up for it. The prices around the area are higher and staff can also make a difference. I totally recommend them.

Lou Ann, Cathy, & Jack are Absolutely Amazing!!! The process was smooth and they really looked out for me with the best space, best pricing and Jack was so helpful at getting me set up and also set me up with an incredible deal on pallet racking these guy can help with so much...Tri City will be getting my future warehousing as i expand throughout the valley;)))

My new company is going through expansion all over the country and the storage facilities are the #1 complaint from the other branches around the country. They send shipments away, miss shipments completely, or they place shipments in the wrong units. Not here! They get things done and make my life a whole lot easier. Highly recommended!

Luann was the best! She new I was coming and got everything ready and showed me the storage unit. She went above and beyond the call of duty. She was great even when I moved in the next day she was on it! She is your best employee at this unit in your business you should give her a raise for all she does for your company. Hope this helps.

Despite the problems and attitude he gave the office staff. they did not have too, but they still aloud him to rent there &we were able to unload our truck and be done with this guy
